DAY 1: To Maggie Valley! After arrival, check-in, and rest, a guided dinner convoy. Group choice: 1. (Round Trip approximately 90 miles) Hot Springs NC, via “The Rattler” to Smokey Mountain Diner 2. (Round Trip approximately 60 miles) Brevard NC, via 276 Pisgah National Forest, to a number of dining choices. 3. Dine locally at J. Arthur’s Restaurant and a run to Clingman’s Dome for some great viewing and a group picture (approximately 80 miles)
Day 2: A round trip of approximately 170 miles that will take us to Great Smokey Parkway, The Moonshiner, The Dragon, Foothills Parkway (recently finished), Wears Valley, TN, and over the Great Smokey Mountain back to Maggie Valley. For those wanting to travel the BRP, the terminus of the Parkway is just west of Maggie Valley on Route 19.
Day 3: Return to the Lowcountry
Rob and Gabbie Edwards, on-site owners, take great pride offering guests an affordable, comfortable, clean, and safe property where they will build a sit-around camp fire for us on our visit. Fun hotel! Rooms have been blocked for our event until May 10, 2019, so you have time to check your calendars and make plans. All blocked rooms not reserved by cut-off date will be released back to general vacancy. Room rate is $120.00 per night.
