OVERVIEW

We only had a handful of people show up for the first meeting. Here is what we have, and what we need you to help with. Each of the items below is a committee, and so far we only have a few chair persons identified, but they all need chair persons and members to help!

Overall Show Plan - Shane Graves

Pre-registration - Shane Graves

Volunteers - ?

Photography - Bill Hamilton

Door Prizes/Raffle - Rhonda Harrell

Printed Supplies - Shane

T-shirts - ? (Shane for now)

Finance - Craig Hemenway

Trophies and Awards - Bo Harrell

Promotions - Jay Palen - Needs help! (Post to internet event sites, reach out to local TV/Radio, etc)

Sponsors/Vendors -  (communicate with these folks, etc) -Shane for now

Entertainment - Vacant (plan day of show fun stuff, help create a playlist)

Trash/Toilets - Jay Palen (Communicate with trash company)

LMC is a low pressure club with no obligations to the members, but if we don't have the interest or participation in putting these shows together, they can't happen. Please come out and help and bring some fresh ideas! With your help this is going to be a great show! If you can't make the meeting but want help with one of the teams above, reply and let me know which you can help with. Thanks!
